Oklahoma Ranks 17th in Nation for Mental Health Professional Shortage

Oklahoma is ranked 17th in the nation among states suffering a severe shortage of mental health care professionals. The Health Resources Service Administration finds a third of the U.S. population lives in areas that lack the number of mental health professionals needed to meet the demand for help.
