Okla remains fourth nationally in imprisonments

Oklahoma’s move down the list of states with the highest incarceration rate seems to have plateaued.  Despite reducing its prison population by nearly three percent last year, Oklahoma remains fourth nationally in imprisonments. Only Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas had higher rates.
