OKC Has a Superintendent of Animal Welfare

Oklahoma City has a new animal welfare superintendent. Ronnie Schlabs comes from the Nebraska Humane Society. He’s also served as the animal control program manager in Cedar Rapids Iowa and in Hutchinson, Kansas. Schlabs has 17 years of experience in animal welfare.
