The Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency is here to give lawmakers the information they need to make good decisions. When problems arise with state finances and the law does not fix them, executive director of the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency, Mike Jackson, says it is a big job making recommendations.
“The legislature's job is to fix them,” Jackson said. “We have made well over 250 recommendations…”
About 45 of those recommendations have resulted in solutions.
