Now The US Supreme Court Is Being Asked Decide

Religious zealots and political right wingers have long wanted a case to try and eliminate the doctrine of separation of church and state and now they have it.  The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to allow the creation of the nation’s first tax supported religious charter school. Beating the catholic church to the punch was the statewide Charter School Board that filed its petition first.  The Oklahoma Supreme Court struck down the plan as violating the state constitution.
