No clemency for a child killer

The Oklahoma Pardon and parole board rejects a plea for clemency from death row inmate Richard Rojem Jr.  In July of 1984, Rojem kidnapped, raped and murdered his 7-year-old former stepdaughter, Layla Dawn Cummings in Washita County.  Rojem is scheduled to be executed on the 27th of June.
