New VA Named After late U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe

Downtown Tulsa’s new veterans’ hospital will be named in honor of the late U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe. Local developers will turn ownership of the constructed facility over to the Department of Veterans Affairs in the Fall of 2025. It will then be outfitted and staffed for operational opening in early 2026. The 319-thousand square-foot, 58-bed medical-surgical hospital is funded by a cooperative effort involving the VA, Oklahoma State University, and the Zarrow Foundation.
