McMillan arrested on lewd acts with a child

The Cleveland County Sheriff suspects more victims are out there following the arrest of former pastor, James McMillan. He has long been listed as a sexual abuse suspect by DHS and Law enforcement but now he faces two counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child under 16. McMillian is the former pastor of several churches but is no longer a practicing pastor.
