Lawmaker has questions.

A state representative would like to understand the expertise of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office has in investigating computer crimes.  Andy Fugate, a Democrat, is wondering why the case of explicit images allegedly being on a tv in state superintendent Ryan Walters office wasn’t referred to the OSBI.  Fugate tells us such cases are generally handled by the OSBI.
