It’s now being called an outbreak

Oklahoma doctors say the outbreak of whooping cough is now the worst in nearly the last 70 years. Already this year there are 77 new cases, last year nearly 470 whooping cough cases were reported.  Vaccinations would stop the spread of the virus. Those most at risk are infants and young children.
