House Approves Bill to Lower Value of Stolen Goods Considered a Felony

The Oklahoma House has approved a bill to lower the value of stolen goods to be considered a felony crime.  Representative John George sponsors the measure. George agreed that if this change didn’t produce the desired results, he would repeal it and try a new approach.
