The state Supreme Court has a new issue to review involving the State Education Departments drive to get bible lessons in grade schools. A lawsuit already pending over bible purchases now includes a request to stop state Superintendent Ryan Walters attempt to spend tax dollars on bible infused instructional material for grade schoolers. The Office of Management and Enterprise services is also asking the court to stop all of the education departments bible buying plans until the court rules on the lawsuit.
