GUardsmens Participate in Protest Training

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma National Guardsmen are training together on how to handle small and large protest events.  The guard says they are getting involved so if protests break out, they can be ready to join the OHP if needed. It’s not clear what the Guard is expecting to prompt such training.
