Grandmother Gets Life In Prison

60-year-old Becky Vreeland has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her 3-year-old granddaughter, Riley Nolan in 2022. Nolan was found dead in a trash can at Vreeland's Cleveland County home in June 2022. Vreeland has said the death was an accident. She will spend at least 85% of her sentence in prison before being eligible for parole.
