Freight trains are approaching 3 miles in length

Freight trains are approaching 3 miles in length now and a state lawmaker says that leaves first responders and everyone else trapped far too long waiting to clear a crossing.  Representative Ty Burns has authored a bill to force a reduction in the length of those trains to just under a mile and a half.
