Fines to Increase for Selling Vapes to Underage Individuals

Twice as many Oklahoma teenagers are vaping as the national average. A state law is already in place that puts fines on young people who use vape products. But a bill to hold sellers accountable is now in a legislative conference committee.  The fines for selling vapes to young people would range from 250 up to a thousand dollars and could cost a sellers tobacco license.
