Drummond Wants EPA To Maintain A Federal Block

Attorney General Gentner Drummond is urging the Environmental Protection Agency to keep California's electric-truck mandate from nationwide disruption. Under the Clean Air Act, only the federal government can set emissions standards for vehicles. In June, Drummond joined a 19-state coalition challenging the California electric-truck mandate in federal court.
