Drummond To Argue Taxpayer-Funded Charter School Case Before Supreme Court

The case is a lawsuit to block the creation of the nation’s first taxpayer-funded religious public charter school. Attorney General Gentner Drummond will argue the case himself before the Supreme Court.

 

Drummond argues the tax-supported school that teaches Catholicism will mean the state will face similar requests by other religious groups, including those that will teach Islamic Sharia Law.
