Drill baby drill is off to a slow start

Over the last week, new drilling activity in Oklahoma and Texas saw few new rigs going to work.  In three major Oklahoma oil plays four new rigs went up with no drilling at all in the Mississippian formation which runs up into Kanas.  Only one new rig was reported in Texas.
