A Canadian man pleads guilty in federal court in Oklahoma City to an identity theft and stolen credit card scheme that included the purchase of Oklahoma State University sports tickets and toilet paper from the Oklahoma City supplier during the COVID pandemic. The scheme involved four co-conspirators. 29-year-old Robert Vinnik faces up to 20 years in prison and up to 250 thousand dollars in fines.
