Charges have been filed against DeShaun Torrez Smith and Rachel Alexander, who told authorities they were panhandling outside of a Home Depot for several hours Wednesday before returning to their motel in Tulsa.
Security footage shows the child was limp as she was carried inside. Emergency responders were called and attempted life-saving measures, but the child could not be saved.
