Cleveland County Commissioners hire consultant

Cleveland County Commissioners hiring a consultant to study what is causing multiple jail deaths over the summer.  They’ve hired Springfield, Missouri based SIMCO Correctional Consulting, which will investigate and provide recommendations at an unspecified time.  The consultants will be paid 350 dollars an hour to study the detention center, investigate reports and interview jail staff.
