Changes are coming for Tulsans who are behind on paying their water bill

Tulsans will have a little more time before the city sends delinquent accounts to collections. If customers have gone two bill cycles without paying the bill, their service will be cut off. A tampering fee of 60 dollars is also associated with trying to restore service after service has been terminated.
