Bill Aims to Crack Down on Bullying

Senate Bill 1100 says punishment for bullying will be a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second offense. Senator Steve Bashore says the state needs to crack down on all forms of bullying.

The measure also says it is a crime to willfully use a computer to aid in a suicide or attempted suicide.
