After Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters sent a memo mandating the use of the Bible and the 10 Commandments into lessons for Grades 5 through 12, several legislators are sounding off. State Rep. Daniel Pae, a Republican from Lawton, is against the mandate saying that while he is a Christian, he believes there’s a separation of church and state. While Senator Dusty Deavers, who is a pastor from Elgin, supports the move.
