appeal to the Supreme court Is Gaining Traction

Other states, Oklahoma’s congressional delegation and other groups  are supporting the states appeal on the loss of family planning funds.  The federal government cut off the funds after the state health department refused to include a telephone number for information on abortion services. The case is pending before the U.S. Supreme Court after the state lost their case in lower courts.
