An Oklahoma based investment group has been negotiating for three years to buy one of the nation’s most iconic hotels. The Waldorf Astoria in Washington D.C. is up for sale with a 260-million-dollar price tag. The investment group is the same one that recently purchased Oklahoma City’s historic Skirvin Hotel.
