An audit reveals mismanagement of state money

An audit reveals the mismanagement of 41 million state dollars at Oklahoma State University. The money involves unauthorized transfers and improper allocation for unrelated purposes. Eleven and a half million of that money was transferred to the Innovation Foundation, formerly known as the OSU Research Foundation. The report comes just weeks after former president Dr. Kayse Shrum resigned. The CEO of the Innovation Foundation also resigned a few days after Shrum.
