The American Red Cross in Oklahoma is preparing to respond to the latest winter storm expected to hit the state tomorrow. House fires are at the top of the list for volunteers to respond to. According to the Red Cross, house fires go up 30 percent during colder months. Most of those fires are due to people heating their home in an unsafe manner.
