After months of drought conditions, Oklahoma farmers and ranchers have seen some relief provided by rain this spring and summer. Not all parts of the state have received this relief.
“So many folks that are so appreciative of the rain, and we also acknowledge there are parts of the state that are still in D3 and D4 drought…,” said Oklahoma Secretary of Ag, Blayne Arthur.
