a second lawsuit over catholic virtual charter school!

Pending in Oklahoma County District Court is a lawsuit that also seeks to stop the St. Isadore Virtual Charter school from ever opening its doors.  It is backed by Americans United for Separation of Church and State. President and CEO Rachel Laser says their suit serves as a backup to the State Supreme Court’s finding that the school violates the state and National constitutions.  An appeal of that decision is expected.
