A Cleveland County Judge rules for the University of Oklahoma in connection to a lawsuit to open the reports from an investigation into allegations against for OU president David Boren and Vice President Jim “Tripp” Hall. Media outlet NonDoc filed the lawsuit after requesting the reports from law firm Jones Day under the open Records Act. The judge declared the reports are privileged as a matter of law. NonDoc says it plans to appeal the decision. Boren served as president for OU from 1994 to 2018.
