registered sex offender Was on school property

A Moore elementary school counselor resigns following being put on administrative leave after she apparently allowed a registers sex offender on school property. According to school officials the counselor invited Jeffrey Mobley who is registered in Missouri to Sky Ranch Elementary School. The district says the man was never alone with any student during his visit. The incident is still under investigation.
