A new senate president pro tem for now!

For now, State Senator Lonnie Paxton is the new President Pro tem designate of the State Senate.  Paxton still has to face a general election this November and then a full Senate vote next January.  The previous Pro Tem designate Greg McCortney had to be replaced when he lost his primary election.
