a new leader of state department of veteran's affairs

There’s a new man in charge of the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs.  Retired Rear Admiral James Bynum takes over the job August 1st.  The Agency has been a source of controversy for several years after mistreatment of veterans was uncovered over a decade ago and several people have headed the agency since then.
